yep, just tried to purchase on my laptop, pc, phone, and ps4. None of which went through. 

 

Even though its the same 2 payment types I've had on my PSN account forever. Added a third fresh payment type. Still doesn't work.

 

With 30 mins left on the sale and support phone lines "Estimated wait time under 60 mins" , I'm really hoping PSN gives me a raincheck or discount codes on these two games.

upon further research, this is a common issue. Definitely, not an isolated one.

 

Also, tried manually adding funds to the account via web browser.

Same errors occur, extremely frustrating in a flash sale....

Same. We bought 4 $20 cards from Target. The reciept says each one was activated, however only one worked! Can't get through to the customer service number, either!

Hello all, I keep getting the error code NP-41372-7 every time I try to play GTA5 I've tried deleting the game and reinstalling the updates but I still keep getting the error code on game start up, is there a solution for this at all? Thanks in advance

A PSN ID can not be changed once it is created.

I don't know if this is the proper medium for this, but I'd really appreciate help or any advice on how to proceed.
I wanted to buy a game off the PSN but there was an ongoing weekly sale for the holidays, so I wasn't sure if I should wait for the game to go on sale, or if I could buy it right away and get a price adjustment. I called their customer support to ask this and was confidently told that they would in fact do a price adjustment for me when the game eventually goes on sale, and was even given a reference code.
Now fast forward 2 weeks, that game is now on sale, so I call up customer service for the price adjustment, but they're now saying that they don't do price adjustments and I was given wrong information the first time and that they can't do anything for me.
If any of you have experience with something similar, I would really like to hear it. I can't help but feel a little cheated, but helpless at the same time.

My daughter is trying to play episode 6 on minecraft story mode and it keeps glitching and freezes half way through the episode. I've tried to reboot the game but nothing I do seems to fix it. If anyone can help me save Christmas that would be great!

I was trying to login in with my playstation network account. But it turned out to be an invalid email address. I thought my account was deleted or something so I registered a new account but my old online ID: Giandiul is still occupied right now. So I guess my old account was stolen. I want to get my old account back because I did bought some games with it. I still have emails in my previous email address from the sony playstation network. It has all my previous purchases. Thank you.

I've heard of price adjustments for purchases within a couples day, but never 2 weeks.

Error code NP-2100-3

A newly purchased PS Vita gives us the NP-2100-3 error  code when attempting to log in. We have no problems logging into our PS4 or the Sony Network for the account we are trying to link this Vita to. The only annomally we can find, is that while viewing the "Security" password listed under the "Account" via the Account Management, the character count does not match the character count of the password we have been using to log into the PS4 or the Sony Network. We have changed the log in password three times now before realizing that the log in password may not be, after all, the same as the Security Password. Please advise.

This is ridiculous my other account don't prompt me that message only 1 of them I hope they fix this bug and if you get your message from Sony please notifying about to change your password let me know

When I start to share my game and play with my friend, the screen says Sign in to PlayStation Network to use network features.  NP-31734-8 and it has the other profile name at the bottom of my screen and not mine.
