So apparently Live Chat just wanted a four day weekend and didn't post as much ahead of time. Should have just said as much instead of giving everyone the run around. I'm NOT the only one who was having Live Chat issues the past four or five days.
Lessons learned: PayPal/Sony's accounting bites, and don't bother Live Chat impending a holiday. You won't get any help.
PayPal/Sony can't get thier accounting straight as I got banned twice for charges I did not authorize.
For others possibly reading this message: Unlink your PayPal account from Sony. You will recieve weird charges and Sony will pounce your account so fast it will make your head spin. DO NOT USE PAYPAL TO PAY FOR SONY PRODUCT!
I basically had to PAY to get my account unbanned because I got a double refund and PayPal won't/wouldn't credit the right people.
