Re: Account banned

Sony does not have a person review each PSN online id before the account is created. While many names are rejected by the PSN account creation software, human employees are the final arbiters as to what names are acceptable.  It is on you to select a name that meets PSN policies.  Sony reserves the right to ban any account, at any time, if it does not like the name.  It doesn't matter how long you were using it.  People have used PSN online ids for years without incident, only to have their accounts suddenly banned because someone filed a complaint about their online id, and Sony agreed that it did not comply with PSN rules.  If your name is questionable, then your account will never be safe from being banned. Generally when an account is banned for any reason, you lose access to everything associated with the account permanently.  On rare occasions, in cases where the name was borderline, Sony will transfer PSN purchases and some other SNEI controlled assets to a new account for you. You will have to contact PlayStation customer support by phone to ask about that. If your current online id is any indication of your original choice, don't count on getting access to any of your previous content.  You don't seem to have learned your lesson yet. Nothing can be done about online progress, ranks, and perks in games.  That is gone for good.
