Changing my MAC address worked for me. I tried EVERYTHING. I talked to 5 people in support for over 6 hours. Called my ISP.... opened ports... everything. Once I changed my MAC address in my dashboard... I unplugged my coax cable from my modem unplugged the power for 5 min. I let it boot back up... restarted my PS4 and it worked like a charm.
