movie voucher says its redeemed but i didnt get a second email with the a tual voucher to claim it

I received a email this morning saying playstation store woild like me to enjoy a free movie dl on them so I followed the link went to it submitted the code I was sent orginally and nothing happened so I shut it out went back a bit ago and it says its claimed but I haven't gotten another email like it said I would with another voucher code so im just trying to figure it out
