I was recently charged for the following: 01/10/2016 Product Purchase zekeunreal@hotmail.com ($17.99) This was an auto-renewal of my PSN subscription. I was looking to get refunded for this because I was not aware of the auto-renewal and I am currently on deployment overseas. I have no ability to use PSN and have not logged into my playstation since November 15, 2015. Is there any way you can refund me for this charge due to the fact I cannot use PSN? I was able to cancel the subscription already. Thanks for your assistance.
