Error abc--fg---- COD Black Ops 3 for the PS4. I can't play online. What is going on? What can i do?

This abc error is happening too much. It's cost me at least 1 days worth of game play and i just bought this ps4 bundle for X mas. I'm thinking this choice hasn't been a good1. The network status says it's running fine for every1 else....???? I want 2play now so what can i do? I've turned my internet off for a few minutes with my console 3times already so what can i do? Plz help me and plz add my name2 a list extending my ps plus membership another day...
