PS4 Primary account, but it isn´t my PS4

   

   I have a weird problem, I only have one PS4 with only one account, never used my account settings in any other PS4 I have my account protected with my cellphone number. But I can´t set it as my primary because it says I have another PS4 system associated with mt account!! Tried the PC login to the account settings It´s says I deactivate my system recently, and no other options avaiable... and still I have some other PS4 as one of my Systems?!?! What the hell?!?!? Can someone help me


  PS: The playstation was new brand new
