PSN is exeprineceing a lot of issues rn. They have released offical statements that they are aware of problems, and, "activley trying to fix it," but a patch has yet to be released.
You could reset your router, if it was actually your Wi'fi's fault. But I doubt it. The main problems they're experiencing have to do with their servers, so your problem makes perfect sense.
Call the customer support line in your country (google the number) and tell them about your problem. They'll open your profile, and look into the problem personally, and while they may not be able to fix, your name is going to be written down somewhere. At least then you have a slight chance of ever getting online again.
