I've been a loyal Playstation consumer for over 15 years and whats is happening to me is unacceptable.
Recently I noticed that my PS4 system was not set as primary with my account. I could not play my purchased games offline and so on. Well, I thought that I accidentally deactivated my account and with no luck I tried to reactivated it. I logged on my account via PC and it showed that my account was already primary in another PS4 System. I also tried to deactivate all the systems using the feature available on the site but it showed me a message saying that I already had used this feature recently and I had to wait 6 months to use it again! I know this feature is available each 6 months because I already used it before, but the last time I used it was almost a year ago! After searching the Playstation forums I came across the deactivation form. I filled the form with my info and was not sure about the serial number, so I filled it with the serial number of the PS4 that i'm using at moment.
Well, I waited for 24 hours and got no response then I tried the live support. They said to me that I used the deactivation all systems feature last month! That is not possible, I didn't used the feature for over 12 months which was when I bought this PS4 system. They also said that they couldn't help me anymore and ended up the chat.
The next day I tried the deactivation form again and didn't got a reply until today when I tried live chat once again. The agent then said that they rejected the deactivation request and they couldn't help me anymore and I should wait 6 months to reactivate my system.
This is what Playstation calls "support"? They reject my request and don't give me a reason.
Let's go to the facts.
I don't own more than one Playstation system
I don't used deactivation feature for the last 12 months.
I don't share my account with no one that has a PS4
I always protected my account and it had really hard passwords with number, letter and symbols.
I'M THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT.
There's 3 possibilities of what is happening with my account:
1 - I somehow was drunk (I don't drink) and i logged in with my account and deactivated all my systems just for fun.
2 - Playstation Support is playing with me.
3 - Someone managed to get my password and it's using my account to download games.
I pay for a service (PS Plus) and got this support? Now I can't play my games offline, can't automatically upload my saves and so on. And what support I get? WAIT FOR 6 MONTHS... That's unacceptable. I'm really disgusted of what is happening to me. I'm writing this from my phone and English is not even my mother language. I was ready to renew my PSPLUS but now... I don't have even joy to play my games.
