So for the last two weeks, whenever i get online to play black ops 3 it feels like i'm playing on 100 ping or worse. So naturally I figured it was the internet provider (comcast). I've had four different techs come out to my house and have all suggested different things. I've gotten a new router, a new ethernet cable that goes to my ps4, a new line from the box outside to the router, and upgraded my internet. And I still lag whenever I get online. The speeds I get on the ps4 speed tests are inconsistent, but it doesn't matter what they read. It'll say I have 13 ping,150 down, and 8 up but i'll still lag the same. I've talked to ps4 over the phone and they've run a bunch of tests to fix this, but nothing has worked. Can anyone solve this riddle?
