What I Noticed Is That Sony Servers Are BottleNecked Why Is This They Say It Makes For Fair Online Gameplay. But In General Doesn't Help But Cause Lame Errors Like This. Sony Stop Level Capping Your Servers & If Your Worried About Hackers Take The System Updates Off Your Website & You Wonder Why Your Severs Get Hacked Get A Clue.
