PS Plus cannot be transferred from one account to another, if you now have a new PSN ID then you will need to purchase PS Plus using that PSN ID, any games you once played with the old PS Plus on your prevous PSN ID will not now be available.

If as  has said, it's just that you want other users on the same console to be able to use PS Plus, then all you need to do is make sure you PS Plus account is activated as the primary.
