I'm having the same error message. I can't log into psn on the website from a computer or use any online features on my PlayStation. I contacted PlayStation support who said I have to contact my isp to change my IP address. My isp said they can't do that. Now I'm stuck unable to play the majority of my games until my ip automatically changes.
